Cost Effectiveness Reform – Thursday, July 23, 2020
This webinar focused on important cost-effectiveness (CE) developments happening around the country that are aimed at improving and modernizing the ways in which CE assessments are carried out for EE and DR resources. We also learned how new CE methods are emerging in the broader context of distributed energy resources. Speakers offered their expertise in how to go about enhancing current CE methodological flaws that will lead to greater utilization of these resources.

Federal Legislation Update – Wednesday, July 15, 2020
This webinar focused on various federal stimulus priorities that have been put forward by a number of DC-based organizations that advance energy efficiency. The Council has been working closely with these organizations to advance a number of proposals. The speakers detailed efforts underway to secure federal programs and incentives to help rebuild the industry and get California’s EE workforce back on the job quickly.
