Arthur Haubenstock has helped shape the current energy landscape through legislation, regulation and policy, in addition to negotiating power purchase and energy storage contracts, obtaining project approvals and financing, and addressing strategic and project-specific regulatory and transactional matters. He has worked for independent power producers, technology innovators, major utilities, governmental agencies, and several national law firms. Arthur has served on the boards of a number of energy-related organizations, including leadership roles as President of the Large-scale Solar Association and Chair of the Solar Energy Industries Association’s Utility-Scale Power Division. His focus on navigating the complexities of energy markets and market design has contributed to the success of a wide range of energy interests
