Bruce Ray is Associate General Counsel for Governmental and Regulatory Affairs for Johns Manville. He manages the company’s relationships with federal and state governments and represents Johns Manville at several trade associations. He also advises Johns Manville on a variety of regulatory issues and serves on the company’s Innovation Council.
Prior to joining Johns Manville, Bruce served as Senior Enforcement Counsel for the Environmental Protection Agency Region 8 Office in Denver and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, where he worked primarily on the Clean Water Act and Superfund enforcement matters. He previously worked in the New York Attorney General’s Office on the Love Canal site in upstate New York.
Bruce earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado and a J.D. from Union University’s Albany Law School. He and his wife live in Centennial, CO.
