Carmelita Kelly Miller envisions a thriving clean energy industry that provides its benefits to Californians who need them the most. As Energy Counsel for Greenlining, she works on advancing economic opportunity and empowerment for communities of color through regulatory advocacy, research, and coalition building to create and support clean energy programs and policies. Carmelita focuses on energy efficiency policies that provide direct economic benefits to disadvantaged communities and low and moderate-income Californians. She is a native of the Bay Area and holds a JD degree from UC Hastings College of the Law.
