Danny has been with Advanced Energy Economy since 2013, where he focuses on utility regulatory and business model reform, including leading AEE’s engagement in the New York REV proceeding. Before AEE, he was at the White House Council on Environmental Quality (previous administration) and worked as a consultant to Third Way, a centrist think tank. Prior to working in energy, he was at a non-profit arm of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce focused on improving corporate social responsibility in developing countries. He has written on high-risk financing for new technology development and deployment for academic journals and The World Bank. Danny has a Bachelor’s in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Science and Technology Policy from George Washington University.
