Meaghan Doran moved to Marin County from Syracuse, New York in 2011 to pursue an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise at Dominican University of California. She first entered the world of energy efficiency with Marin City Community Development Corporation (MCCDC), a workforce and economic development agency, where she managed the Direct Install team and conducted outreach for MCE’s Multifamily Energy Savings program. As her passion for energy efficiency and desire for making an impact in her community and the planet grew, Meaghan realized MCE would provide that opportunity. Today, as MCE’s Manager of Customer Programs Operations, Meaghan oversees program implementation, MCE’s Single Point of Contact model (SPOC), workforce development initiatives, and strategic partnerships, managing a team of three and a $5.5M budget.
Meaghan is a Certified Green Building Professional through Build It Green, a Building Science Principles Professional and a Multifamily Building Operator Professional, both certified through the Building Performance Institute.
