Teddy is a Senior Fellow at Energy Solutions, where he focuses on building decarbonization strategy. He led program design development for TECH Clean California, the state’s heat pump market transformation program. His work on TECH focuses on California can leverage its initial heat pump investments to build towards the state’s goal of 6 million heat pumps by 2030 and carbon free homes by 2045. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of energy professionals, and has taught energy courses at Stanford and Western Washington University.
